WaterWipes - The World's Purest Baby Wipes

Today my post will be about this great product that I received via Jule's Basket Instagram giveaway. WaterWipes (99.9% water and 0.1% fruit extract) - baby wipes that are suitable from birth. 

If you plan on using these on your baby, wipes will help to avoid the diaper rash and will significantly reduce risk of allergic reactions on your baby's sensitive skin. 

WaterWipes are preservative free, non greasy and are extra soft to a touch. As mentioned before, they are super pure - made using water and grapefruit seed extract.

I love that these wipes are non greasy and won't leave greasy residue. WaterWipes have won several awards, like PTPA, Health Professional review awards and others, as you can see in the attached picture:

I tested WaterWipes on both of my kids - my newborn and a toddler - used wipes for their faces and their bums :), they worked great for both of them, cleaned the mess without a hassle and left no skin irritation.

I think this was one of the reasons why I liked to use WaterWipes on myself too - great after workouts for quick refreshing before I get home to my shower, amazing on a hot summer day to wipe away that sweat - face wasn't left greasy, nor it felt dried out, just perfectly refreshed and smelling nice.

Looking for Spring

This year Mother Nature is not spoiling us with sun and warmth, not yet anyways. So when the calendar says Spring but view outside the window screams "WTF?!" You just have to take it all in your own hands and go looking for the lost Spring.

Yesterday when day was super gloomy and freezing rain was big part of it, a good friend of mine shared her hidden gem in the core of the city - Allan Gardens.

Allan Gardens Conservatory is over 100 years old with a garden-filled greenhouse that covers over 16,000 square feet. This garden is open to the public year-round. It contains tropical plants from all over the world from palm trees to cacti. There are also seasonal plantings throughout the year.

Amazing escape place, so calm and beautiful. When you enter the room with those fantastic flowers - smell is just hypnotizing!!

And nowadays when you pay for even leaving your house I was pleasantly surprise that this place was free. For new stay at home parent like myself, places and activities like this are truly appreciated and are going on my "Gems" list.

My 18 months old toddler had so much fun. This is the time for first experiences so seeing swimming turtles, all kinds of amazing smelling flowers, cactus - blew her mind. Little puddles here and there - what else a kid needs?

We had lots of fun, as you can see. Little escape from in between season :) Place is not too busy, at least we were lucky enough not to deal with crowds.

 

As I mentioned before, atmosphere there was so calming and magical. Place (Allan Gardens Conservatory) definitely worth checking out. When the weather is nice outside there is a great and huge playground right across the street. So you can make a day event out of this and all with $0 coast.

Crafty weekend

Good morning.
Busy weekend is behind and now its time for little Family Day relaxing :)
I hope everyone survived Valentines Day madness.

I forgot to post my daughters Valentines Day craft made for daddy. We were working on little painting card that I started last year. Then she was too young to cooperate (I barely got those foot prints from her :) ), so I wasn't able to finish the project. This year I found it and thought it would be a great idea to continue it until she's in the age to tell me: "Its done!" I thought its a fun project to do. And in couple more years daddy is going to receive an amazing art work filled with love collected through the years :)

Crafting with kids is amazing! It doesn't coast much, most of the time you're able to use materials that are scattered around the house or pay your local Dollar Store a visit. Voila - fun times and amazing results!
